Sheriff Taylor is a beer brewed to showcase dark malts and the barrels we select for aging. We set this version to rest for a year in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. We brewed this stout full bodied and smooth to create the perfect vehicle for flavours of chocolate, caramel, vanilla and a healthy dose of bourbon heat.
