Barn Owl is a series of one-off creations that are released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem the barrels ripe for the picking.

No. 25 is a Imperial Stout that underwent an extended 2 year secondary fermentation in new American oak foeders. The resulting beer is unique, heavily oaked, and liqueur-like. Bottle conditioned.
