Bayonet is a bourbon barrelled English Barley Wine. Aged in oak since June 2019. A blend of 2 barrels made this beer. One brewed with Toronto Brewing that showcased a depth of caramels/dark sugars and another we brewed that has a full bouquet of various dried dark fruits.

This beer is rich and elegant with caramel, prune, toffee, fig, vanilla and smooth bourbon. Medium full bodied with a medium low level of carbonation. Light tannins help to round this monstrous beer. Best enjoyed around 15ºC.
