Absent-West Coast IPA

For our latest West Coast IPA we wanted to balance new style and old school but amp up the hop saturation to levels that made even us a bit uncomfortable. Mixing a more classic malt bill with new hops and keeping the bitterness level in check.

Absent pours golden orange with a white fluffy head. A seriously heavy handed dry hop produces flavours and aromas of pithy orange, candy citrus and resinous pine. Balanced by a malty sweetness and mild bitterness. A satisfying lighter bodied hoppy beer just in time for the holidays!
