Our chef Matt Reijnen will prepare Fresh bird from Everspring Farms in Ilderton. Treat yourself and your family, friends (or perhaps total strangers) to this great feast!

What is included?
Choice of two salads from following:
Shaved root vegetable salad with spiced vinaigrette
Winter greens salad with Clementine dressing
Roasted beet & goat cheese salad with balsamic / rosemary vinaigrette
Choice of four side dishes from following:
Dripping roasted potatoes with rosemary
Roasted root vegetables
Brussels sprouts & bacon
Honey & cumin glazed carrots
Braised red cabbage with apples & clove
Creamed spinach & parsnip
Sticky Toffee Pudding or Lemon Tart
We need at least one week notice to bring all the ingredients in.
